TelepresenceRobot.com is proud to finally launch the website. We hope that this website will grow to be a centre for information. The primary goal of this website is to bring together all the information on the available telepresence robots and for the community to share its experiences in this one centralised location. Telepresence robotics has for a long time been a passion, and this is a way to share that passion with other users around the world.

 
Due to the fact that we have no affiliations with any of the producers of telepresence robots, the information on this website is unbiased. We encourage our members to review the robots as we would like to share all experiences with this technology. Please include good points about the robots you have used, not so good points as well as potential improvements to be made. This website, with enough participation for our members, could potentially become a reference point for the telepresence robot designers. It can be used as a tool for them to understand the direction their developments should take.
 
Robotics and automation is the way of the future, and telepresence robotics is just a small part of that field. It is no longer only seen in specialised multi-million dollar facilities, but it is now coming into our homes. Telepresence robots are helping us make our world smaller, making everyone more accessible to one another and showing us a small picture of what the future holds.
